Meetings

Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of September, November, January, March and May at 7:00pm at;

Nepean Visual Arts Centre
Nepean Sportsplex
1701 Woodroffe Ave.

A short business meeting is followed by an art-related event such as a presentation or a demonstration.

You are welcome to join us for a meeting and explore becoming a member of our group.

Library

Members may borrow art books, magazines and videos from an extensive library at the monthly meeting.

Exhibitions

The Nepean Fine Arts League Exhibition Space is located in the Nepean Creative Arts Centre (Unit 11), 35 Stafford Rd. Bells Corners, around the corner from the Bells Corner's Wallack's store. This space, provided free of charge by the City and established in September of 2002, is exclusively dedicated to artist members of the Nepean Fine Arts League, allowing them to exhibit their work individually on a monthly rotational basis . Hours Mon. to Fri., 9 am to 10 pm., Sat., 9 am to 4 pm. Call the NCAC at 596-5783 for summer hours. Coordinator: Judee Hollander

The League sponsors 4 major exhibitions/sales each year:

• The Winter Sale at the Nepean Sportsplex on Sunday December 5, 2004.
• An exhibition at the Ottawa Little Theatre in January
• A Member's night and exhibition in the spring at Ben Franklin Place.
• The Clothesline Fair at the Nepean Sportsplex

The latest and past issues of the newsletter, are on-line on our website. Use the member's access name and password or if you have a member login name and password - use that for your own personalized copy of the Newsletter.

Workshops

Several workshops are held each year in areas of interest to our members and at very reasonable rates.
