If you want to add images or change any of;

• the existing images,
• your bio
• the layout or sequence of the images in your gallery

Then you can go to this URL:

To make changes you will need to log in with:

You were provided with a password when you joined the gallery.  If you did not keep a record of that somewhere and/or you have forgotten contact the webmaster.

The admin page lets you make changes to your site very easily. For example;

1. to change the descriptions of any of the images, just change the text on this page then click on "Make Changes" at the bottom of the page.
2. To delete an image, just click on the "Delete" button at the left and then click on "Make Changes" at the bottom of the page.
3. To change the position of the images on you site, scroll to the far right of the page and change the fields titled "Position",
4. click on "Make changes". The images are placed in the numerical sequence you define (or alphabetically if you like)
5. To add an image, there is an empty field at the bottom of the page. Start by
   • clicking on the browse button which will bring up a File Manage Window.
   • Find where you have stored your image on your computer, highlight it and then click on OK.
   • Now fill in the rest of the fields and when you have all the fields filled in,
   • Click on Make Changes.
6. To change your bio;
   • Retrieve a copy of the existing bio available on this page - don't start with the actual page itself which will include the headers and navigation buttons,etc
   • Edit the bio page in a word processer and save it as an html document (Use "save as" in your editor and select "html" as a file type)
   • on the admin page, click on browse in the bio section,
   • find your new bio on your computer using the File Manage Window that pops up,
   • click on OK ,and then
   • click on Make Changes.

(Your computer may work slightly differently)

Images should be jpeg and are limited by file size to less than 500KB. They are resized automatically and a frame will be added for viewing of the image at full size. This will look really silly if you included a frame in your image so make sure your image does NOT include a frame.

You can make all of these changes at the same time - not just one change per click, although you can only add one image at a time.
